Make Your Donation Count! Double your Mile Donation on September 21st

As part of the 2012 Aeroplan Match Days, Aeroplan will match all donated Miles to War Child on September 21^st, on a 1 for 1 basis up to 500,000 Aeroplan Miles. Whether used to visit schools that are being rebuilt in war-torn Democratic Republic of Congo, War Child’s programs that help lift families out of poverty in Afghanistan, or children who are learning about their rights in Uganda, these miles go a long way to supporting children and their families in some of the most devastated regions around the world. “We have been overwhelmed by the generosity our members have shown during our Mile Matching Days over the last couple of years,” said geneviève bich, Vice President, People and Culture in Canada, Aimia. “In 2011, a total of more than 10.9 million miles were donated to our Beyond Miles partners on Miles Matching Days.
